Worst customer service

I went to ShopRite boulders to do my shopping the other day and while I was there I took my phone out since my shopping list was on it while I was busy with my shopping one customer asked me to show him nappies for newborns I guess it's because I also had nappies in my trolley out of the blue that guy snatched my phone and ran then I screamed rushing to the security when I told them they just said we saw nothing then I asked to see the camera's they took me to the manager and they explained the story to her all she said was that there's nothing they can do all they can do is to raise awareness for other customers and didn't allow me to see the camera's. I don't know is that how it's supposed to be?
