Worst customer service

Worst customer service ever.

I went to Shoprite Dawnpark. I asked the teller if I can withdraw , she didnt have the money and referred me to the money market counter. After I stood there for almost an hour the lady says "ai I dont have the money you need i dont know why the referee you here".

I cant believe the lack of customer service they have. They could have tried to help me instead of just looking at me with dumb founded looks
