Worst Christmas Customer Service Ever!!!

<p>After waiting in a long queue for about 15 minutes at Yeovile Shoprite liquor store, I finally got to the cashier notoriously known as S'khumbuzo Ngobeni. He had tattoos all over his arms and he also had a mor hok hairstyle with twisted dread logs. While assisting the customer in front of me, he looked me straight in my eyes and told me to go to a different cashier because his speed is not working but to my surprise the customer in front of me was using his debit card and at the moment of the scenario the customer in front of me was busy punching in his pin at the very same speed point which S'khumbuzo claimed was not working.</p> <p>I then told him that I have already worsted 15 minutes of my time queueing up for him to assist me and I was not prepared to join another queue and wait for estimatedly another 15 minutes.</p> <p>He then stood up and held me by the collar to a point were the security had to intervene and stop him from beating the hell out of me.</p> <p>I have reported the matter to the store manager who promised to look in to this insident but as for me due to security reasons I have taken a vow never to shop at Yeoville Shoprite ever! Its a pity I have to stop now after shopping at Shoprite Yeoville for the past 11 years that I have lived in Yeoville.</p> <p>I will not say anything bad about Shoprite because I know for a fact that their customer service is good but what happened to me is unacceptable and should be avoided from happening in the future.</p>
