Worst and Slowest Service and Management at Shoprite Lakeside Mall

The service at Shoprite Lakeside Mall is the worst I have ever experienced. The cashiers are the slowest I have ever encountered. Their body language is rude and dismissive, as if they are doing the customer a favour by serving them. On 05/01/2021 at 13:20pm, the lines were as long as their isle but on 4 tellers were open. Other employees were roaming the shop. One particular cashier was only serving other employees who were on lunch while customers were waiting. The management is also reluctant to address the poor service that is addressed my customers. Please fix this service and monitor it. Or close the store if serving customers is not your prime focus.
