Worse Servise

Good Day. On the 28th of November 2020 and prior to that I was at the store on the 24th of October 2020. The manager on Duty in October was chilling while the lines is just getting longer and longer. There's a 3 tills and two people in the line then the line ends up with more then 10 people standing in the line. The very same thing happened to me on the 28th of November 2020. I feel the staff has a sloppy way of dealing with the clients and I feel our people are being take by face value. The very same people that's keeping your doors open, Your sloppy management needs to be changed letting them know we are keeping those doors open. Clients are being treating like nothing.
