worse service ever

I'm taking out of my time to lay this complaint ,which I hate to do ,but I have never ever been so ****ed off with the level of service received at shoprite this morning ,I went to get a few items and firstly half this thing on the paper that is on special is not available ,I get to the till to pay for the items and ask the lady to please check my balance on my account and she looks at me as if I'm an alien ,so she does the check and once she removes my card she throws it on the counter ,if confused with her behavour ,because I'm a customer and I deserve to be treated with respect ,shoprite really needs to do something about customer service ,are the people they employe compitent enough to be working in a inviroment where handling customers face to face is required .
