Worse service at Glenridge Shoprite

I went to the Shoprite retail at Glenridge to return stationery for refund as I relocated and will be changing school for my kids. The cashier that was supposed to do the refund for me was so morning and calling other cultures to come and see the kind of return she have to do. I completed the register and she was taking the things and scanning them back to the system and then called the manager to come and do authorisation for a fund the manager came very unfriendly with a face full of negative attitude morning saying that this is so unacceptable and unnecessary work and unnecessary overtime. She then realised that I did not buy from the shop right she told me that other items winter skin on Their system and I must go to the store where I bought them because they cannot refund things that I did not buy from them. The service I received from the staff including the manager is so unacceptable and pathetic I would like to complain about the service I received and hope the complaint I have will be dealt with accordingly.
