Worse service

My mother went to buy a blender at Promenade Mitchells Capetown and by mistake we installed it wrong so she took it back for assistance and when she took it back she was told that it was not their fault (first part of poor service) . When they decided to assist her they went to the office and the asked my mother to stay behind and when they came back they gave her the blender. When my mother got home to test it ,the blender wasn't working and this wasn't our first time buying a blender for this company and the first one didn't work at all !!!!

Even the star I gave this place doesn't deserve it and I wouldn't recommend that place at all !!!
