worse customer service

<p>I went to shoprite Clayville to buy some groceries, i left toilet brush only to find out that i left it on the till counter, i went back to claim it but nobody wanted to help, they say it was not written on their book, asked for a camera they told me it will take process, asked for a manager, the manager can't help me as its not written in the book which is not me who suppose to write it on the book. It seems like i just asked for it for free while i paid for it. What kind of a store is it where they don't care about their customer's or their belongings.</p>
