World class service

<p>would just like to congratulate your brach manager from Shoprite Florida Melissa Bothma for the remarkable difference she has made at the store. Customer service was so bad at the store and the general upkeep was bad but ever since Melissa became the branch manager remarkable changes started to take place and even the staff have become customer focused. I have been shopping at this branch for many years now and good service should not go unnoticed. I sincerely hope this compliment is forwarded the the relevant people.
