working hour's and over time working hours

Hello Peter I would love to remain unknowns please I'm writing this latter on be half of Shoprite Amalinda Employees becouse S.A.C.C.A.W.U.S doesn't help us to make sense to our Employer about our working hours yes we all dissipate for Job but we don't like the way they do things with our working hours we work and over time workin hour's and don't get payed for example today they scheduled us to start working at 13:00PM-22:00AM because the employer doesn't want to pay over time working hours normally we start working around 11:00pm unit 20:00am but whenever they expecting they're big bosses they scheduled us to start working around 13:00PM until 22:00AM and the is no over time payment to that, sometimes you even get scared to comp**** because we don't want to loose our jobs even know after this latter I'm sure that we won't loose our jobs because of it before writtend for Peter we Did talk shop steward they didn't do anything about it and it's not even the 1st time to talk with them and they don't do any ection please for give me for my misspell thank you
