Workers do not have any idea what is in the store/ on Special

Good day,

This is my second time at shoprite in the Golden Acre Cape Town, the first time on Saturday I came in to purchased a speaker / boom box and they did not have stock, and said the last one was just purchased, I should come again, Today when I went to purchased some goodies, 4 people who work in the store have no idea what I am looking for, Eventually the lady at the front wearing security clothes tries to assist me. Imagine! She some how has an idea of what I am referring to she callers a worker that person just walks away says she is busy, she then radios and advise the guy is going to get it from the back waited 10 minutes, I left. Imagine all staff does not know what they have in store managers just walk away. The speaker was on special for one day only on Saturday so I explained exhausting myself for no reason hence I am back. So many workers yet horrible service, over full with most workers standing at front walking around like they mot busy. Please shoprite I do not shop at your stores due to this type of attitude, I just came for the Sunlight washing powder special R90.00 and boom box for R100.00. Luckly I already paid for the washing power otherwise I would leave it behind!
