WITHDRAWAL QUERY

I am quite disappointed with the way Shoprite Dlamini treats its customers. I am not sure if they are aware that without us, there is no SHOPRITE.

On the 26th at 11:30 am, I went to withdraw money and was told that there was no money available. I asked if all the tills didn't have R350, and I was then told that I am not the only person who earns R350 (SASSA). Mind you, this was not even a SASSA withdrawal as this payment was a c-number from Capitec.

Banks should stop partnering with businesses that tarnish their names. This is the response we get from cashiers all the time when a withdrawal is requested. Why are they undermining SASSA clients when these are the people who do groceries there as well?

Why did Shoprite agree to partner with banks if they don't want cardless withdrawals from customers? Please fix this behavior and learn to respect all CUSTOMERS regardless of their source of income.
