Withdrawal

Today I went to shoprite to withdraw money at their till points I arrived at 11:37.Got the SMS confirming that the transaction is successful.But the lady on the till said the transaction wasn't successfully .And cannot give me the money as it was declined.She called a supervisor who was rude and *********** as she ony said that what the till last said was correct she then directed me to a managers office.As you could see that she didn't want to help me at all.The first one Semakaleng said there's nothing she can help me with I have to wait for 24hrs.Told her that I cannot wait for that long.And that I must speak to my bank which I said I can use my phone to call the bank and she told me that won't help.Second mananger came in and just stood there as a supporter of the atrocious bahaviour of her colleague.Third manager(Poppie)came in showed me a paper from standard which she said is what standard bank send to them.I desputed that as I have showed them the SMS,statement reflecting such transaction being done.She was telling me that my money is nowhere to be find.So they cannot help me in her word my money is lingering around.As she said that it's not with them.Requested to
