WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN AT SHOPRITE

So let me get everything straight here... On the 10/02/2023 we went shopping for groceries at Shoprite i decided to buy for my kids Vital A-Z MULTIVITAMIN CHEWABLE according to the bottel there is 60 Chewables in... When i got home i opened the bottle and saw that the paper is already opened when i looked inside i could've seen there isn't 60 Chewables in. I took it out and started to count... There is only 48 Chewables in where the hell is the other 12???? And why was is it already opened? I have messaged them on facebook and also send them an email but NO RESPONSE. This is unacceptable how do i know it's safe to give it to my kids?????
