WHERE IS MY GIFT SHOPRITE ??????

I received an sms to say I have been rewarded with a gift card from Shoprite for the amount of R9500. I subscribed to claim my prize and instead they are just deducting R7 a day from my account and I am not getting my gift card. What's up Shoprite????? Where is my gift card.
