when the staff and management have a horrible attitude

<p>having gone to shoprite yesterday to 30 books (A4 72 page) which had been on the shelf and advertised for R3.99,</p> <p>upon getting to the till after waiting nearly half an hour </p> <p>the books were then R5.49 which I then enquired about, the cashier said to me she was extremely tired and not in the mood so I then went to look for the manager myself when i eventually found him and tried explaining to him what was going on(he was also tired and about to leave work) , he said to me my attitude wasnt going to get me anywhere I then told him I am not giving you attitude all I ask is that he hears me out, which he eventually did </p> <p>i was then sent from pillar to post a whole hour later they discover that they dont have stock of what is being advertised</p> <p>And the one ladies attitude was like just give her her money so that she can get lost cause she wont give me those books at that price</p> <p>No one had the decency to apologise or come up with a viable solution</p> <p>The question I pose is why are there prices on the shelves with the incorerect products?</p>
