What Does Customer Service Mean To Shoprite?

Very disappointed with Shoprite checkers Tongaat customer service.

I have purchased 10 x c***** fresh creams and all of them were spoilt, thick and smelly.

I had went into the store and explained them that due to the product being smelly and off I need to exchange it,they had refused to assist and stated because of the quantity I need to contact c***** directly.

I was very disappointed because I travelled a far distance which was a total waste of time and wasted my time purchasing the 10 x c***** fresh creams.

I have spent almost R240.00 on the c***** product and another R70.00 to call c***** customer service to which they make you wait on the phone forever until your airtime if finished and then call back and repeat the process and use more airtime.

Travelling cost was R50.00

In total R360.00 was a total waste.

I always spoke proud of shoprite to friends and family and have always supported shoprite for almost 15 years.

Extremely disappointed with the services.

NB: Dont loose good customers just because of R360.00
