what an excellent service

it was actually out of shock that i just received good service from this store. I don know what Shoprite to their staff that makes them treat customers like trash, particularly cashiers. They have too much anger.<br> I was just withdrawing some cash from the store and this man by the name Ratau assisted me, he did not have enough in his float and i know the procedure that if there is not enough cash they get it somewhere through supervisors i waited aside. i saw him assisting a number of customers since the money took long and this is where i saw this guy on his ball, the greeting, attitude, asking relevant questions at the right time, everything was just awesome. Well done young man, keep up the good work and please teach your fellow colleagues on how to treat a customer.<br> Last but not least, i just want to say to the liquor store manager, keep up the spirit, this man is also another customer services champion.
