What a Bad Service

I sent my nephew money through Shoprite, when he tries to withdraw the money they said somebody else already withdrew the money. When I ask for the details of the person withdrew the money only his name appeared, there was no ID number. My question was how can you give this person money without identity document, and I told them that I want my money back but I did not get it.
