What a bad customer service from the Cashier

Yesterday (08 April 2024) I was at the main Shoprite store King Williams Town right next to Hungry Lion just around 5h30pm What a worst experience!! I went in to the store after long awaited my husband who wanted to withdraw money by using the Cnumber,As I got into the store I went into grab some few items seeing that he was already in the queue that so when I got to the till ,my husband was still standing waiting for his turn,he asked the cashier ( Lindokuhle) who was siting at 11/12 looks like the express till ,so as he asked for cash ,the cashier said she doesn't have and asked the cashier next to her, she also said she doesn't have, so when my husband asked can she not ask the money markert rather ,so she said he must go and queue outside the store where the money market queue ends,that's when I opened my mouth and said to her ,"noways after standing so long during pick times ,the store with long queues and we must start another queue "then I said to her that's not helping actually its a very bad customer service, as she was not worried about it you could see from her facial expression in what she was saying may be thought it was a good way to handle the customer or chase the customer away from her sight so we told her there is no way that we will go and look for money,they must make a plan we are customers,so this is the time she called the controller but with a very bad attitude saying we must move and stand aside so that she can help other customers ,so I moved towards the till that ws not operating/ had no cashier so she said the basket doesn't pass her till ,so i told her I am not going anywhere, I will keep my basket by me.Eventually the front end controller asked me to come to the till that will be able to give some cash, as I was walking towards that till I moved with my basket then she started to laugh about it saying you have to leave the basket here so I carried on ,so she made fun of it ,with the customer by her tills laughing saying ( Hamba Manager )that was very sacrcastic??? she repeated the these words even the time I was still busy at the till that was giving some cash,so I told the controller that your cashier ( Lindokuhle) is being silly and is making the joke about this bad service she just gave us and she thinks she is right, and I still said I wonder if the head office knows what is happening here and the way you are treating your customers.I come the store randomly because this is the store that doesn't have a sense of urgency, with nice trading hours because they open early and close late but the queues are always a problem I work outside Kwt ,60 km away everyday I normally come here just after 7am ,but it is worst store that you can imagine it does matter even if you only small yorgut on your hand? And surley a lot of KWT customers can attest to this,with no customer services ,no smile nothing. I never wrote to customer service help desk about it but I think the customer service needs to improve in this store together with their unvisible managers and not to undermine customers and think when a customer is opening the mouth doesn't have the right I opened my mouth wondering how could a cashier tell us to go and form another queue but she has superiors where she can seek assistance from? Wow that was so disrespect!! No courtesy at all!! Wow our black people! Treating each other like that? Thinking that there is nothing I can say or do as a customer ,Clearly shows that this cashier doesn't value het customers,instead she is cahinh chasing us away. I would like the above to be takem very seriously as far as I know, you do not laugh or make fun of someone that you can see this person is not satisfied nor happy and think this person is being too much that is your rule.It is not about I am the same colour you should treat me bad or I don't deserve to be treated fairly and with respect just because the cashier works for Shoprite so she can tell me anything or make a joke about my complaint? I went back to her so that she could ring my items and I told never again backchat as the customer ,I heard all you just said and she told me she was not talking to me? But the talk came just when I left her laughing wheas I was annoyed at that time of the night with my 9 year old still in uniform from aftercare and you get such bad experience in the store that will move you from there to there and you can see they just doing it because you had to raise your voice to heard,Wow !!
