Weevils and worms in Macaroni!!!

I bought a packet of Macaroni from Shoprite Newlands East. As its boiling - i checked it and there were weevils on the surface of the water, together with something that looked like worms. Expiry date is 11.04.2022 - and it was on special for R10.99, it was clearly old stock even though the date was okay.
