We had a horrible experience at this Shoprite branch in Friday 11/06

We had a horrible experience at this Shoprite branch in Friday 11/06. The manager only opened 2 tills thus creating unnecessarily long ques. When I asked for the manager 18 minutes later. They called an person who identified herself as Johanna. She told me that basically it's not her fault that too many customers come in at once. I argued that if she'd open more tills the ques would move quicker. She did allocate more cashiers eventually but I was more flabagasted by her nonchalance. Please help!
