Warranty not honoured due to dirt

<p>We received bad service at Shoprite Protea Glen Mall,where we were told that the stove my brother bought was too dirty to be taken in for electricity checking.The stove stopped working and with a one year warranty my brother took it in.I have read the manual that came with the stove and no where does it say that if the stove is dirty to a certain extend it will not be taken in for rapairs.</p> <p>Is this how we as black people are treated?The ottimo instructional manual on page 5 has the warranty Terms and Conditions.Please assist with this matter ASAP.contact ********** </p>
