Waiting time- Rude attitude

<p>Daveyton Shoprite at Sesfikile square--- I had requested a cash back (22/05/2017) and I was made to wait for minutes on end for the supervisor to collect the cash from the cash office. This is not the 1st time it's happening, these people have became complacent and don't care about customer service and have no sense of urgency. Please do something about the level of service and rude attitude.</p>
