Waiting on provided fund

You people gonna tell me that you Don't deal with retail thing but I would just like to know why must people wait so long for the provided fund money that I pay for they did deducted every week from my money but I must so long old mutual is waiting on them to confirm exit date and last contribution but they only busy with now and I was dismissed 12/5/2025 I don't think that's its right that people must wait so long
