Vouchers

It does matter if you complain to the website answering service at Shoprite - they just don`t respond ??? I have been having problems with the Shoprite Virtual grocery vouchers through Computicket - Computicket will not allow the payment method I have been using for the past 4 years - now to go through - it keeps blocking me - I buy 17 vouchers valued at about R6000 for needy people - and this month - they have to wait because Computicket and Shoprite to respond.
