Voucher ****

We purchased goods for over R500 at Shoprite Uitenhage & then were told about the R75 voucher we receive for spending R500 or more but when we used the code to receive the voucher it said the voucher has been used already. We are not the only ones, lots of my friends and family experienced the exact same thing. Now we have to travel up & down to take our receipt so they can send it to head office. I think they are busy with a **** at shoprite uitenhage. When I contact the store to speak to a manager they are non existent. Poor customer service.
