Voucher

Such an awful customer experience, I had a mobicred voucher and shoprite didn't want to reverse it because they are ****mers, the are ****ming the poor. Customer care consultant are ruthless and don't care and don't assist. They want me to change numbers that has a voucher because my number was flagged so said rather reverse my voucher. They asked to email the my ID and proof of address which I did and never get back to me
