Very very poor customer service

In Shoprite Leondale I wanted to buy a combo of Mortein refill wrapped together but when I arrive at the tills they told me that when they scan it doesn't show the correct product. What I hate most with Leondale Shoprite is one will stand in the queue for a very long time. Their cashiers works very slow as if they aren't getting paid.
