very very bad service

I was in the que at shoprite busy on a personal important call as I was approaching the till we had to move the trolley infront of me when two ladies that was at the back of me jumped infront of me at the till. I proceded to tell the cashier that I was here first she ignored me spoke in the language to the customer that jumped infront of me and helped her first I asked her again why she helped them first and not me she said: 'why are the customers in front of u then and that its not her job to check the que I said I know its not you job that is why I told you well we talking she helped the second customer I'm stil in the que I asked her again she gave me a response that its not her problem. A manager wass on the floor which I called but she ignored me and never helped. When I finally had to pay she spoke to me in the language which I didn't respond I'm not black. Which made me realise she was beging ******. I'm coloured why did she helpoed the black customers first when I told her I was there first makes no sense. She was rude bad behaviour ****** ugly no manners. And she never apologised at all. I very angry want action now.
