VERY VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER

This refers to the incident that happened at Shoprite golden highway on Sunday 21st February 2021.

My mom Thandi Moroke took a Ritebrand bleach from the shelf and bleach spilled on the front of her black skirt and left a mark. Apparently the lid of the bleach was damaged, hence the spill.In February 2021 we were asked to bring in the skirt and she would get compensation, we were told the skirt is going CPT and we would get feedback on our compensation.there’s bee no feedback,no compensation,NOTHING NOT TO MENTION THAT THE the Guess skirt is GONE to God knows where in CPT my dad has been in communication with the store manager yet there’s been no response.

WE demand feedback from the store manager and our MONEY,or fixed skirt…
