Very unprofessional customer service

What a very bad and unprofessional customer service we've received at Shoprite liquor on the 07/06/2026 No manager was available at the store apparently he was running a shift all alone 😕 how's that possible??? Doesn't he supposed to have an assistant to assist him in running a store the Cashiers had to run outside to go and look for him.Im very disappointed with the level of service we got We had to wait 40 minutes for him to assist us
