Very unhappy with Shoprites Ritebrand

I thought I was doing my wallet a favour by buying some of Shoprites Ritebrand products but I am really unhappy with the quality of the products I bought. To mention one, the coffee creamer is absolutely terrible. I am not even going to bother trying the other products, I just want a refund because I am unemployed I cannot afford to waste money on things I am not going to use.
