Very unhappy customer.

Hope this email finds you well.

I'm not really sure how to start this email as I am really heartbroken with regards to a call received from my local Shoprite Eldorado Park Branch manager informimng me he has been given instructions from he's regional manager, to inform me I can no longer purchase bread from Shoprite.

I have been purchasing (156 loafs of the R5) bread from Shoprite for the past few years now to feed the less fortunate which in turn depends on this bread.

Although I didn't buy as many at the same time, I always use to by 100 loafs on a Monday, and 100 loafs on a Wednesday, as I was at the time told I am allowed 200 per week.

I now only do this on a Monday as it does take up a lot of my time, as I still take 50 loafs to cut in half, and 10 to cut in quarters for the school children that pass in the afternoon which are also looking forward for this piece of bread when they come from school (mostly primary school children)

I am really pleading to you to please not do this as the people are really depending on this piece of bread I am trying to feed them every week.

I am not a feeding scheme or get any contribution to do this, I just feel this is the way I can give back to the community on my own.

I always thought Shoprite is there for the community, but seriously doing this really breaks my heart.

No one evens answered this email, please let me know what further steps I can take.. If they take a minute to check their emails they will see it and hopefully not ignore it.
