Very Unhappy!!!

Wanted to buy an iron at Shoprite, Daveyton Sesfikile square,

The displayed iron was not in the shelves so I asked store assistance to help, she helps and says I can take the one on Display. So I do, after queueing for about 15min, I am told by the lady in the office that I cannot take the iron as it is used for display purposes, how do you display an item that is out of stock so early in the morning?? Can we have consistency at shoprite. Shop assistance says I can take the iron, manager says I cant and I should go to another shop. I will now have to go to pick n pay to buy the very same iron. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF
