very rude manager

on the 11/10/2018 at 05:45 i was at shoprite to buy few stuff while we were standing in the line one of the cashiers needed assistance so a customer call the manager (Rachel or Rochelle) who was standing at kiosk gossiping. she came to the cashier shouting at the customer that he (who is a security by uniform) must not call him like that after she assisted the cashier he came straight to this man shouting and swearing even insulting this guy that he can only call his wife like that. she was so unprofessional as a manager you would expect respect even if you were call by a whistle or someone screamed for help it is your duty to be always available for your staff and you can not undermine a person by his position. he can be a security or taxi driver that person brings her salary to shoprite and he deserves respect and to be valued. i have never experienced such rudeness from a manager and she once tried it to me when i bought baby food and she told me i can only buy 5 and there was no notice or communication of such and i only asked her so must i live 20 bottles of purity for a person that you dont know if he/she will come and buy at the store so she didnt have a leg to stand on and i paid and left. something needs to be done as she is painting shoprite with a dirty brush
