Very rude

Good day. My wife bought a R130.00 air time at checkers bela bela mall my woman tried to enter the voucher number on to her phone the respect is that it is blocked so my wife phoned Telkom and telkom tried as well with out success telkom the my wife to take the voucher back to checkers and tell them to re print my wife went back to checkers and took them they checkers was very rude and told my wife it is not thee problem and that they would not reprint or give back the money my friends and family won't shop there again
