Very ridiculous service SHOPRITE BRAKPAN oulet

The shoprite brakpan has the most *********** managers and supervisors ever ive been shopping there for a while but never had i seen some one so un mannered, so pay with my card and it declines immediately with the error call the controller but low and behold my account is the problem, with the amount in it to purchase 10 times that which i boutgh they keep telling me its my card. But never the less the manager (Charl) after complaining about her (Ntabi) the so called service supervisor he tell me he is sorry. Please get the right competent people for the outlet as they are making shoprite lose allot of there clients and i can allready name five people that this shoprite has lost.
