VERY POOR SERVICE

I went to shoprite this morning around 10. And found looooong queues. I counted more than 15 tills that were closed and only about tills were open, yet customers we in long queues. When I asked what was wrong I was told that tellers were coming in at 11. How can tellers be coming in at 11 when they know that customers are already in and buying at that time. I called Shoprite head office while in that long queue, they gave me a number I should call, I do. The lady took my numbers, and promised to have the manager call me. More than an hour later, I haven't received any call from shoprite, and the tellers that were supposedly opening at 11, only about 2 or 3 opened. I am complaining because Shoprite Soshanguve plaza NEVER takes its customers SERIOUSLY. This is an everyday song we sing about extremely long queues
