very disappointed and my child very heart broken

<p>This year I entered shoprite school fees competition, they phone me this mourning and told me that my child won the competition but they could not get hold of the school for school fees confirmation. After an hour a man introducing himself as shoprite rustenburg manager told me that my entry is disqualified because my child school fees is above R5000.00. When I tried to explain to him that the rules don't say that he says im calling him a lair. Please any one with clarity explain to me. I am so heart broken, and my child I can't even say.</p>
