Very bad service from store manager

I am now officially sick and tired of Mr Roberts at Atlantis Shoprite. Today I had a price discrepancy where ham was advertised for R79. 99 and sold for R84. 99 in the store!!!!! Mr Roberts was very dismissive and made me wait a full 45min just because he can!!!! This is not my first encounter with Mr Roberts. And something must happen. The shop is filthy and there is always trolleys of goods standing around on the stock trolley in front of the empty shelf. His staff is lazy and had the same bad attitude as him. Can someone please get in contact with me.
