Very Bad Service

Good day I am writing this with the bad experience my son had with Shoprite Alberton North. 2 weeks ago I (well my son) went to Shoprite an hour before closing, he had to take meat out of the trolley as they already packed away which is not right, then on Sunday 1 June 2025 he was shopping there and standing in the queue, then the manager came and the teller had to serve him first he said why when there is a long queue in line the manager said because he is the manager he gets served first. Is this the way is this the way it should work??? All the potatoes were green as well, not one nice potato . Unfortunately as he works till late and has to walk there the nearest place to shop. He cannot receive calls and only on his email at night, the reason why I am sending this on his behalf.
