very bad service

The level of bad service received at Shoprite Nafcoc (soshanguve) is out of this world I went top pay my DSTV on the 07/02/2022 the Line was very long at the kiosk so the As I was about to leave THE SECURITY guard told me that I can pay at till points since its empty there, Then I went to pay at till points I greeted the cashier (Kgomotso) by the name I took out my card as I was about to pay she told me in rude manner That they offline then I went back to the Kiosk stood for a very long time (30-35) min then I went back to the till points kgomotso was assisting other customers I asked Lerato if I can or are they still offline to my surprise she told me they were never offline so I waisted my time and waited for about 35 min for nothing Just because Kgomotso felt like she does not want to assist and it was not for the first she did that.
