VERY BAD SERVICE!!

Yesterday i was at shoprite Boulders center. After standing in a very long queue when i got to the till to pay for my groceries, i asked the cashier to also add the electricity on my groceries so that i can pay them all together since i was paying by a card. I was surprised to be told that i have to go withdraw some cash and come pay for the electricity by cash. This is so ridiculous because i did not see any note that says electricity should be paid by cash and when asked i was also given an attitude.
