Very bad service and food

As a shoprite customer I feel I have to write this. I use the train on a daily basis to travel to work and back so I'm at stretford station lots of times by the shift I'm work.i get stuff for supper and lunch all the time at shoprite, but now I feel safety of my family to stop using shoprite at the eyethu mall 1. Old meat and vegetables is used in the stews 2. The pap and chicken is even worse. You can taste its old chicken they use 3. The butchery smells bad 4. The store manager is rude and arrogant. You can't say anything to him. He makes fools for people like we telling lies 5. The fridges are dirty 6. The cakes I did buy was full of mold at the bottom of the cakes 7. There is expired stock in your fridges 8. The meat and wors I did buy had a bad taste so it look like your staff is not putting the right expiry dates on the meat 9. The staff is using drugs while they are at work. I walk around the back to enter the store because I use the train and I see your store manager and the staff sitting outside smoking **** 10. This is not shoprite I was use to since it opened. The tellers don't know their jobs. During the month I tell them to put my stuff on my budget on my credit card. Only month end I use straight. They can't even do that. Every time they mess it up. 11. The gaurds at the door is a joke. They don't even check properly just ask for slip and sign 12. The staff eat out of packets in the store. They have very nice way of hiding their bad stuff. But I will not go into detail. Theres to much bad in that store. The store manager sees this things but he don't do nothing. 13. They put to much spice the meat so you don't taste the bad taste. You will get people killed like that.instead of sitting outside smoking **** I think the store manager and staff should do something better job to consider the customers and the health.the pies are worst. They really put wrong expiry dates on the food. we need shoprite management to adres these issues because it won't be long until the wrong people complain to the right people. We are human beings and we deserves good food because we pay good money. Not the bad food we get. It is not fair to the customer. this bad stuff at this shoprite is gonna get people very sick. We will see if something is gonna be done. A whole new manager must come. Someone who knows how to treat people and food. Not some one who sits outside with the rest of the staff.
