VERY BAD SERVICE

I recently bought a flask at Shoprite at Brits and when I got home I realized that there was something wrong with it and now I wanna refund it from a different store, when I called brits brunch 16.05.2023 and spoke a manager by the name of Nthabiseng who promised to call me back of which she didn't. Today in the morning I called her back and I was told that she's in a meeting and that she will call me back of which again she didn't, I called gain and now they ignoring my calls
