Very bad, poor customer service and bad communication skills of their so-called managers

Very bad poor management at shoprite(manager: Sello)On the 17 match 2022 around 11h00 am I bought a padlock set at shoprite in Johannesburg, corner Elloff street. Only to find that the key which I used for old padlock managed to open the padlock. On the same day around 16h00 pm I went back to report that the padlock is being opened by different manufactured keys. My padlock key was TRI-CIRCLE and theirs was written brand name QUALITY. When I told them that they told nothing they can do after opening the key which was when I discovered that their key is useless if any sizeable key can still open it. Also they just told me they can't change it because it's now damaged goods and they'll have to call customer service.

Poor management skills is employed at Shoprite with managers who are clueless when it comes to customer service.

Very very bad service at SHOPRITE it wasn't my first experience. For a lock that costs R54 they just did the run arounds. I left the padlock there and just stormed out after they treated me like I'm a puppet little did they know they're resemblance of puppets themselves. Management at SHOPRITE is pure stupidity at it it's best.
