Very Bad Customer service - Symphony Walk Shoprite.

I have been lliving in Mitchells Plain for more than 10 years and always bought at Shoprite Symphony Walk however, my experience has been so embarrasing having to rectify the cashiers and Supervisors on every visit to this store. Items on Promotion hardly scans and must be rectified....everyday, every week, every month, every year.

Do not get me wrong, not all the staff are this bad but "most" of the staff, supervisors and cashiers mainly have this ugly attitude towards you. This is just so ridiculous having to repeat this cycle

The main reason for writing this review is that "when" you do tell the cashier or Supervisor about the pricing being incorrect(by the way, in a very nice manner) they have the ugliest and most disresceptful attitude towards you. My wife is being victimized because of this, now having to bare the ugly stares and morbit faces when doing monthly shopping. I have witnessed this and i do find it very disturbing to be honest, treating clients like this...oh wait, we are customers, not clients. There is a big difference. They do not build customer relationships.

I hope this gets addressed as they cannot keep getting away with customer service like this, I myself work in customer service and will never treat people like this.

I hope this reaches the right people so that they can do something about it. Not all people have are angry and disrespectful towards Shoprite staff, DO NOT treat people like this. I do not even treat my dog this way, and never have.
