VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am very angry and very disappointed for the poor service I have received at Shoprite Soshanguve Crossing. On Thursday 19/07/19 I ordered a chocolate birthday cake for my son for his birthday that was on saterday, I paid for the cake cash, they took my order and asked me for the colors that should be on the cake and I provided them it was yellow, blue and green. When I came to collect the cake on Friday evening the colors were all wrong when I asked why I was told that the lady who was doing my cake got the description of how the cake should be but she decided to make her own Colours which is white and lime, the bakery manager tried to fix it for me to make it look bright ,though I was not happy I left the store and to my suprise on saterday when we cut the cake it was not the chocolate flavor that I requested but instead they made vanilla. On Monday 22/07/19 I went back to lodge a complain I went back to the bakery manager and he escaleted my case to the store manager but unfortunately the store manager did not have time to speak to me, I only asked for 5minutes from him so that I can explain to him what happened but he then send back the bakery manager to tell me I must come some other time because he is busy.
